Return and Refund Policy

At VanceProjects, we aim to provide high-quality products and a positive shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy outlines the steps for returning items and obtaining a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Return Period: You may return items within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for returns, including gift cards and any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

2. Return Process

• Step 1: Contact our Customer Supportwith your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
• Step 2: Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us.
• Step 3: Send the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as VanceProjects is not responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refunds

• Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to only in cash.
• Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if an item is returned in a used or damaged condition).

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us  within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for an exchange or replacement at no additional cost to you.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, except in cases where VanceProjects was at fault.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. If the order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return.
